- What is a Consultation?
A consultation is used to determine whether you are a candidate for IV hydration or IM injections. A consultation for care services is conducted to ensure the nurse and client are a good fit and to confirm the nurse’s availability for the requested date.
- How do I book a service?
All services are scheduled online. Each service section includes a link that takes you to a calendar where you can choose your appointment time.
Make sure to click on the Schedule a Consult button. For continued services, make sure to click on Book Now.
For consultations, when connecting to the booking calendar, make sure to click on Virtual. For future appointments, make sure to click on the In Person button.
- What payment options are available?
- Is there a mileage fee for services?
Yes. If your location is more than 25 miles from North Kansas City, a mileage fee will be added based on the round‑trip distance. Please call before booking to receive the exact mileage fee.
- What are the requirements for in-home care?
If services will take place in your home, a video walkthrough is required to ensure the space is clean, well‑kept, and safe. A clean environment supports healing and helps reduce the risk of infection. For care lasting 24hr+ or more, a designated room for the nurse is also required. If the home is not suitable, alternative arrangements (such as a hotel, Airbnb, etc.) must be made for both the client and the nurse. These expenses are the responsibility of the client.
- What are the requirements for travel in clients?
Clients who are traveling in may receive transportation depending on the package selected, including pick‑up and drop‑off from the airport to your lodging, or from your lodging to the hospital and back. For packages that include overnight stays or 24hr+ care, accommodations must include either connecting rooms, two hotel rooms on the same floor (preferably adjacent), or a suite with two separate rooms. Both the client and the nurse will stay in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel, and all lodging expenses are the responsibility of the client. If you need assistance finding suitable places to stay, feel free to ask.
- What if my procedure is out of state or out of the Country?
If you need services in another state or country, your nurse is able to travel. All air travel accommodations must be booked in first class at the expense of the client. Both the client and the nurse will stay in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel, and all lodging expenses are the responsibility of the client. Accommodations must include either connecting rooms, two hotel rooms on the same floor (preferably adjacent), or a suite with two separate rooms.
- What if I need other accommodations not listed within my package?
If a specific accommodation is not listed in the package or in the add‑on services, please feel free to ask about it during your consultation or go to the Contact Me page and fill out a form.
- What other Services do you have?
We offer a range of services including transplantation care, donor care, cosmetic care, reconstruction care, lab draw services, and IV hydration. Future services will include functional Botox, lip fillers, and permanent makeup—stay tuned.
- Cancellation Policy
- What if my nurse cancels due to an emergency?
If the nurse cancels an IV hydration or lab work appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, along with a $25 credit toward your next service. If your nurse must leave during a care service, a partial refund will be issued of care services not done or applied as a credit toward future services.
- Can I reschedule?
IV Hydration services: I understand that things come up. You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule and you are unsure when to reschedule, please notify your nurse and a cash credit will be placed onto your account until you are ready to set a rescheduled date. If you need to reschedule a second time (non-member or packaged member), a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied unfortunately. Packaged members may reschedule up to two times before a $25 rescheduling fee is applied. If appointment needs to be rescheduled due to an issue with your nurse, it will not count toward your rescheduling limit, and you will receive a $25 cash credit into your account to go towards your next purchase.
Planned/Scheduled procedures: I understand that LIFE happens, and emergencies can occur in our personal life. If your procedure needs to be rescheduled close to the procedure date, please have your physician or their nurse email an official letter to our company so we can adjust your service dates. If the new procedure date is on a date in which we are unable to provide services, only then will a partial (50%) refund of deposit or paid service will be issued.
- What if my Surgeon has to reschedule?
I understand that changes can occur with your treatment team. If your procedure needs to be rescheduled close to the procedure date, please have your physician or their nurse email an official letter to our company so we can adjust your service dates. If the new procedure date is one on which we are unable to provide services, only then will a full refund be issued.
- I am interested in Contracting through TransplantUCare?

- What if my child needs IV hydration?
Yes, I do provide services for pediatric clients ages 14-18. Your child must be willing to receive the service, and parental consent is required. These services are intended for young athletes, bodybuilders, or children experiencing dehydration due to illness. For any other needs, please submit an inquiry through the Contact Me page, and I will get back to you promptly.
- My child needs lab work done. Do you do pediatrics?
